We aim to draw energy from our sunset spots and encourage guests like you to reconnect with their inner spirits during their stay. Other things to note 1. Our villa accommodates a MAXIMUM of 20 pax. Sunset at Ibiza has a twelve (12) bed capacity. Air mattresses will be provided in excess of this. Children under 5 years are not included in the headcount, as they can share beds with adults. Please tag children under 5 as infants when making a booking. Please include your service staff in the headcount. Since Airbnb's max is 16 pax, PHP1,500 per head in excess of 16 pax shall be paid via GCash. 2. Though temptingly comfortable, please DO NOT sleep in the living room chairs and sofas. We have adequate beds and mattresses waiting for you in the bedrooms. 3. Please do not move the furniture pieces around as they are very very heavy. Shall you do so anyway, we will charge a fee of PHP500 so we could get extra help in returning to its original position. 4. Outside food is allowed. Please clean as you go. Please do not leave your perishables and leftover food. 5. Kindly switch off air conditioning units and lights when not in use. 6. Use of illegal substances and/or drugs is strictly prohibited. 7. Carrying and the use of firearms, whether licensed or unlicensed, is strictly prohibited. 8. Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited. Guests may smoke outside the villa. Please ensure that cigarette butts are properly extinguished and disposed to reduce chances of fire. A penalty of PHP5,000 shall be imposed should the guests be found smoking inside the villa. 9. We are pet friendly! A pet fee of PHP1,800 shall be added to your total bill. We can accommodate a maximum of three (3) pets, or four (4) if all are small. Pets must be walked OUTSIDE the property. They cannot urinate or defecate inside the villa, in the garden nor the garage. A penalty of PHP5,000 (exchange rates apply) shall be imposed should the pets be found defecating inside the villa. 10. Power outages are beyond our control. Should one happen during your stay, we have a generator on stand by. However, power is limited. Aside from lights and small appliances, it can power the living room aircon or 2 bedroom aircons. From experience, the electric company Batelec usually tries to fix the problem ASAP.
