One elevator located in the back of the building. 1 designated parking spot ( any additional cars may be parked right outside of the complex).2 bedrooms 2 baths. First bedroom has 2 spacious full beds. Second bedroom has a spacious queen size bed. Living room also has comfy queen size pull out sofa bed if needed. Bedrooms and living come with smart televisions and Wi-Fi . Laundry room with washer and dryer for your use ( detergent not provided) .Kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances and ample space for cooking a nice home cooked meal or simply eating takeout. The balcony over looking the beach is perfect for morning coffee with the ocean breeze, a mid day lunch or sitting back and watching the beautiful sunset and the beach just a short walk away.
