The space Enjoy a relaxing getaway in this cozy and fully equipped 28 m² studio: ★ DOUBLE BED 160 cm with sheets provided. ★ RELAXATION AREA: sauna and whirlpool bath. Flat-screen ★ TV with NETFLIX, MOLOTOV TV and YOUTUBE. ★ FREE WIFI. ★ FULLY equipped kitchen: microwave oven, stovetop, fridge with mini freezer, plenty of storage, kettle, toaster and Nespresso machine, to feel at home. ★ Bathroom equipped: mirror, shower gel provided, hairdryer, bath towels provided. ★ Washing MACHINE, LAUNDRY RACK, IRONING BOARD and IRON will make it easier for you to process your laundry. ★ DINING area for DINING comfortably, but can also be used for work. ★ Free, designated PARKING SPACE. Other things to note ⚠️Instruction for the use of the spa, it is functional however to run the water, please use only the hand shower. Please respect the following rules: - Parties strictly forbidden. - Pets strictly forbidden. - All forms of smoking are strictly prohibited. - Cleaning is included, but this does not exclude the respect of the accommodation by the guests (do dishes, do not leave your waste lying around in the accommodation...) Please note, the sleeping area is a mezzanine under the ceiling, which leaves a small height (1m40), but quite practicable :-).
