The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals, including a coffee machine and kettle. The apartment is tastefully decorated in a modern and warm style, with touches of color and light that bring a cozy and pleasant atmosphere. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet, as well as a hairdryer and premium towels. For your convenience, we have also provided high-speed Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV (Netflix and sports channels) and quality sheets. Our apartment is perfect for couples, solo travelers or small families wishing to discover Paris while enjoying a pleasant and comfortable place to live. You will have at your disposal a bedroom with a double bed as well as a sofa bed suitable for one person or an adult and a child. Please note ⚠️ We also inform you that the residence is quite old and the entrance corridor can be narrow (see photo at the end). Repair work has been approved and is planned soon. Guest access It is easily accessible by public transport, with Clamart train station just a 5-minute walk away. - If you are traveling by metro: You can get off at the "Mairie d'Issy" stop on line 12 and take bus 323 to the "Clos Montholon" stop. If you use the train: Clamart/Vanves station is only a 5-minute walk away. When it comes to car travel, you have the option to park either on the street or in front of the Lidl supermarket. Other things to note If you are less than two guests and want an extra set of sheets, we charge €10 for the provision of linen and sheets for the sofa bed We are available to answer any questions and needs you may have during your stay so you can have a great time at our place.
