The apartment is right across the bus station (3 min walk), airport (15 min), the beach (less than 1 hr), city (15 min), shopping centre and restaurants. You will be sharing common spaces (kitchen and living) with me. As I work full-time in the office, you will have the apartment to yourself during business hours. The room is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. The space The apartment is newly renovated and thoughtfully furnished with modern amenities. There is a lot of greenery around the complex, the balcony is nice and open. The kitchen is fully equipped and you'll have the convenience of laundry and drier in the apartment. Guest access The building is very safe! you need to scan in and out the entrance, as well as the lift. Due to that reason it is very important that you don't lose the key, otherwise there will be a $90 replacement fee. During your stay You will have your privacy, but I am available to help you with any enquires via text message and in person (when I am home).
