Welcome to your home away from home. This new home (celebrating its 2nd birthday in May 2025), offers you privacy and security while sitting on 1000sq m of land, so plenty of room for the kids to run around. This house offers 3 bedrooms each with own TVs, 2 bathrooms, a beautiful spacious kitchen as well as a large deck with TV and BBQ. We’re just a 2 min drive from the Bruce hwy giving you easy access to Sunshine Coast or Brisbane, only minutes away from major supermarkets and Shopping Centre The space This beautiful 3-bedroom 2-bathroom property is located in the heart of Burpengary. The property boasts a stunning open plan kitchen/living area with everything you'll need to cook up a delicious meal, or why not enjoy a BBQ on the deck in true Queensland style. The house features three beautiful bedrooms with comfortable beds. 1 king, 1 queen and 2 new single beds, and plenty of space to unwind. Each of the bedrooms has its own TV along with plenty of storage space to store your belongings during your stay. The master bedroom has its own ensuite. Secure parking set behind a remote-controlled front gate with double carport, ample room to park more than two cars or if you're travelling with a boat or caravan. The pantry is stocked with basic essential items to get you started, we also provide you with a Welcome board which will always consists of fresh milk, bread, cookies and other items depending on the information you provide. PLEASE READ OTHER THINGS TO NOTE SECTION BEFORE BOOKING. Other things to note There is no excessive noise, music, or parties allowed on the property at any time, please limit noise after 9pm outside, it's a residential area and important that there are no disruptions to the neighbors. This property is a shoe free, smoke free house. We ask that you please take care of our house as if it were your own. Please do not rearrange furniture or move beds. Please let us know if you'll be traveling with infants/toddlers so we can have highchair and porta cot at the house for your arrival. We don't allow animals at the property. Unauthorized animals will incur a $500 fee. Lost or keys not left onsite will result in a charge of a locksmith coming to site to change locks, recut new keys and reprogram remotes for gate. This cost will be passed onto you.
