Since the terrace and the pool are totally covered with glas you can use this space the whole year even in the rainy season in Costa Rica. The house is located on the hole number 9 fairway on a 18 hole golf course community. If there is a sunny day you still can open the glass doors in front of pool to feel the golf course right there. The house has next to the pool a little SPA area with sauna and Jacuzzi. The pool is salt water, solar heated and covered so the temperature depends on the amount of sun available during the day. There is a sauna and Jacuzzi available next to the pool. You could perfectly spent the whole day around the house and just been lazy at the pool or watching "golf TV" during the day in front of the pool. If you wish privacy you can let down the curtains. At night you can watch a movie or TV on the terrace with a projector. Usually in the house there is dog a Hungarian Viszla girl but not during the time when you rent. The whole house.
