Thank you for checking out our property in Emerald Isle where you can kick back and relax with the family in a spacious private home. The house is in a gated community with sound views and less than a 10 minute walk from the beach. The location is close to the Emerald Isle restaurants, shops, golf, go-karts and waterpark. Our home is perfect place for all sorts of gatherings with over 3100 sq ft of living space allowing room to spread out. The space The main living floor has an open kitchen, dining room, living room, office, sun room and half bath. Also on the main floor in the primary bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom. Off the back of the house is a large deck with plenty of seating and a picnic table. The fully stock kitchen has stainless steel appliances with granite countertops. The dining area has seating for twelve (12) people with a large table seating ten (10) and counter seating for two (2). The living room has two sofas, chair and a 65 inch flat screen smart TV over the fireplace. The sunroom provides seating for six and provides a quiet area for conversation, listing to podcasts or reading a favorite book. Upstairs has a second family area/game room, laundry room, and three additional bedrooms. This living area has a 65 inch flat screen smart TV along with a table for cards, puzzles or board games. Off this area is a deck with two Adirondack chairs providing a perfect spot for morning coffee and to enjoy the view of the sound. Two bedrooms have king beds and the third has 4 twin beds. If needed, the house has a pack n play, high chair and baby gate. Guest access The guest will have access to the whole property except for some storage areas reserved for the owners. Other things to note Other amenities include a whole house water filter system, water softener, drinking water filtration system, WIFI, beach cooler, beach wagon, beach umbrella, and beach toys. The ground level has a 6 person hot tub, outdoor shower and a two car garage available for guest to use. You must be 25 years old to rent the property and the renter must be at the property during the rental. During the time period of June 13 to August 1, 2026, I require a minimum of a 7 day rental period with rentals starting on a Saturday. Reviews from 2022: Victoria We rented the house as a surprise for our daughter's 30th birthday. Some of her friends flew/drove to NC for a long weekend and it went perfectly! The house was plenty large enough for us to all have lots of room to spread out. They all loved the hot tub, especially since a few of the days were bad weather, thanks to hurricane Ian. I loved the kitchen as there was plenty of cooking to do. There was everything from waffle maker to crock pot to a lemon zester! It was wonderful The only thing we had to bring was our Keurig, as I did not see one in the pics. Other than that, we packed for nothing. The teens enjoyed the 2 bikes that were in the garage. Nothing but positive things to say about the house and amenities! Also, we accidentally left a piece of jewelry at the home. Perry was very kind to meet up with us a few days later to return it to us. That meant a great deal to our family! Haley The place was just as pictured, but felt even nicer! I love how there were so many places to chill out. My friends and I fit comfortably in the living spaces. Hot tub was great, kitchen was fully stocked, and it was awesome having access to the garage. I will add that the short walk to the beach was about 10 minutes- so not too bad but nice to know for people that are planners. It was a great place to stay and we really enjoyed it! The house has lots of recent interior updates, a well-equipped kitchen, and is very carefully maintained. The location is quiet with great views of the sound from the top floor, and is a short trip to Emerald Woods park or anything you need in town. Beach access is a ~10 min walk or ~5 min bike ride away - and if you make frequent trips back and forth with people of all ages (and all of their stuff) like we do, there is plenty of room in the huge garage for a golf cart rental. Perry was an outstanding host and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed before and during our stay. Jennifer The house was exactly as pictured and described, very nice on the inside and out. The welcome binder had very helpful information. We ran into an issue with the hot water tank and both Perry and Jack got working on it immediately until it was resolved. It was a great vacation house and our family enjoyed it immensely!
