The space Home: Fully furnished, multi level 3 bedroom, 2 bath, platform cottage, with partially covered horseshoe deck, and lower level entertaining area. Large open concept living room and fully stocked kitchen. Laundry room. Central A/C and heat. Double staircase and elevator access. Fishing: Boat access to home from neighborhood or public boat ramps. Catch redfish, black drum, flounder, speckled trout, sheepshead, alligator gar, crabs, blue cats, and bass from our lighted fishing pier with crab traps, casting net and fish cleaning station. Outdoor Entertainment: snow cone machine, outdoor bar, charcoal grill & fish fryer, horseshoes, corn hole, shuffle board, dartboard, fire pit with wood, outdoor seating and tables.
