(Early checkout time due to Ferry schedule) This is my personal home, I’ve decided to rent it out when I can not be there due to work/other obligations. Overlooking the harbour, the living room window looks right out the bay, there is a patio that has a bbq, there is a fire pit, WIFI, 1 washroom, washer & dryer, there is 3 rooms but the 3rd room doesn’t have a real bed at the moment only a futon that is an extra bed if needed.(Recommend a 2 night stay due to ferry arriving 6pm & leaving 7:30am) The space 2 rooms (3 if needed) all beds are double except room 3 is a futon, they are not huge beds but can fit 2 average people the rooms are small and there are not any tvs in the bed rooms. Living room has a tv a rocking chair, sofa and a chair, living room window looks over the harbour, small kitchen and dining area but plenty of space for most people, there is a wharf (use at own risk) there is a fire pit next to the wharf, bbq on the patio. Guest access The whole house and property use as you wish! Other things to note (Early checkout time is because the ferry leaves Francois 7:30am for Burgeo and is the only ferry for the day) also For heat and air conditioning is a mini split heat pump. House is on the furthest side of 2nd last house on the main road 2 story salt box style house with blue rails and trim. (Recommend 2 night stay due to ferry arriving at 6:00pm and leaving again 7:30am) 🔹There is No Store in Francois so you must bring your food! 🔹 Kayaks available to rent at additional cost.
