Located a 3/4 mile back a gravel driveway, the farm is surrounded by beautiful scenery and woodland with lots of songbirds and wildlife coming right up to the yard. The home sleeps 10 guests, has 2 full baths, a fully equipped kitchen, central heating and air, and numerous outdoor spaces to relax and enjoy nature and the property. There is no TV but there is WIFI throughout. The space Guests will enjoy a peaceful atmosphere with beautiful spaces to relax and enjoy nature. The home has a porch wrapping almost all the way around with beautiful views of the property. 1st floor: Entrance/Living Room w an additional area for kids to play and a bunkbed (2 twin beds) Living Room w large sectional and lounge chair. There is a fireplace for decor only, no fires permitted in the fireplace. Kitchen w all the essentials for cooking, dining table and bar area. Enclosed porch leading to a small deck w seating, also overlooks the pool and yard. 1st floor full bath w tub/shower combo, toilet, sink. 2nd Floor: Master bedroom w Queen Bed, bunkbed (2 twins) Fireplace for decor only no fires are permitted. 2 additional bedrooms w Queen beds 2nd floor full bath w tub/shower combo, sink, toilet Small loft are w rocker Basement: Washer and dryer, please use caution on the stairs they are very steep! Outdoors: In ground pool available Memorial Day to Labor Day, guests must provide their own pool towels, do not take towels from the house out to the pool. Outdoor Shower, gazebo, firepit, firepit w grilling grate, covered swing, picnic table, several outdoor seating areas, additional refrigerator, large backyard. Guests may even get to see the Longhorn Cows in the meadows around the property. Guest access Feel free to enjoy the property. Please be respectful do not roam the woods. The barn is off limits to guests. Other things to note We are not liable or responsible for any injuries or instances relating to the pool or pond. Guests must be responsible to watch small children and take proper precautions. **Guests must provide their own towels for the pool **Homeowner is not responsible for any accidents that occur in or near the pool, swim at your own risk **We offer a complimentary starter kit of necessary amenities which is generally enough for shorter stays, but after that is used up it is the responsibility of the guest to provide for themselves. **This home has weekly lawn/and pool maintenance. Please be advised someone may enter the property for these purposes. *Any items left at the home can be shipped but require a $25 fee in addition to the cost of shipping.
