This double bedroom is located on the first floor of the Casale, with a private bathroom for 2 adults and a magnificent view of the Apuan Alps. Dogs are not allowed. The ground floor has its own dedicated outdoor space furnished with tables, chairs, and hammocks, overlooking the pool. The space We cannot guarantee your room choice, as we strive to accommodate everyone's needs, especially groups/families who want to stay close to each other. At the time of booking we therefore recommend that you provide us with all the details of your "group" especially age of children, and size of your dog, as well placement of extra beds and baby cots. If you have any specific preferences or features please send us a message. If we need to exchange your accommodation, we'll replace it with a similar space or give you a free upgrade. All our accommodations are with garden views, Smart Hotel TV, internet, air conditioning, kettle, mini-fridge and of course private bathroom. Excluding the “Monti”, all have a small kitchenette with a microwave and electric stove either inside or externally on the patio or in the garden area reserved for the accommodation itself. The apartments instead have a fully equipped kitchen with a dining/living area. Almost all the accommodations are on the ground floor with a patio or garden where dogs are allowed. First floor accommodations are only at the Casale with a view of the pool and dogs are not allowed. Guest access The property is divided into two areas. The CASALE : is surrounded by a large garden with a pool area, olive trees and the Apuan Alps in the background. Inside the Casale a blend of rustic charm and modern comfort awaits you. The interiors are decorated with tasteful furnishings, creating an inviting atmosphere that connects perfectly with the surrounding natural beauty. Breakfast and light lunch is prepared only in good weather, at the outdoor tables when requested. The FARM : the farm is a few steps (50m) from the Casale and offers views of the agricultural activity, vegetable gardens, olive trees, orchards and our horses and goats, ducks, geese and hens. The guest cottages are on the ground floor only, with a private garden overlooking the fields, grazing horses. Aperitivo is prepared only in good weather, at the outdoor tables at Farmhouse, facing the horses when requested. Olimagio is the ideal place to regenerate body & soul : wide open spaces, a 25m swimming pool framed by olive trees and the Apuan Alps, in contact with Tuscan nature in a familiar, elegant and informal setting. We grow vegetables, fruits and cereals, we produce oil, honey and jams following the season and local traditions. We take care of our animals: geese, ducks and chickens, two horses and our dogs and cats live free and are happy to socialize with guests. The atmosphere is magic.. Other things to note The reservations and the rates include only the accommodation. All other services/extras (including extra.beds or sofa.beds) can be requested prior and during your stay with the payment at check-out. If you want to bring your DOG 🦮 it is welcome ONLY if you choose an accommodation on the ground floor : small dog 10€/day - medium dog 20€/day - large dog 30€/day. If your dog is well behaved and under your control, it can stay free, but not in the pool area, also you cannot leave your dog alone in the accommodation. Breakfast is served only in good weather, at the outdoor tables at Casale, between 8:30AM and 10:30AM on weekdays and between 9:30AM and 11:00AM on Sundays and Holidays. For DRINKS 🥤🍻 there is Honesty Bar at Casale : a fridge with water 1,50€/2,50€, soft drinks 2,50€ and beers 4€. You may help yourself writing what you take on the chat. During warm season we have on request Tuscan artisans ICE-CREAMS 🍨🍦 4€ : lemon or mandarin sorbet and chocolate truffle w/spoon, cream covered w/chocolate or strawberry sorbet on a stick or biscuit sandwich. As “FOOD” 🍝 🥗 service, we do not offer a restaurant service as you will find an infinite number of places in the area that meet all needs. Deliveroo is a great option to have food delivered directly to Olimagio. Please note that YOUR drinks and food (bought outside) should be consumed in front of your room, not in common areas. We offer cold dishes with local products for those who do not want to go out. Kindly submit your request by 11AM each day : • for lunch at the Casale from 1PM to 2PM : melon and crudo ham, mozzarella and tomatoes, pearled spelt with tuna and cherry tomatoes… or similar 15€-25€. • for evenings, we propose “aperitivo” facing our horses at sunset from 7:30PM to 8:30PM : bruschetta’s, hams (cold cuts) and cheeses…. or similar 20€-30€. For your kids we may prepare pasta al burro, al pomodoro o al pesto 10€. HOUSEKEEPING 🛏️ : towel change 5€/pax, linen change 10€, CLEANING 20€uro/room. Setting up an extra-bed or a sofa-bed 30€ including linen and a set of towels. LAUNDRY machines, both washing and dryer are available for your use with €uro coins : 5€/cycle. Car PARK 🚘: Each accommodation has the right of parking a normal sized car inside the property (where indicated). Any additional car and/or oversized will be charged 24€/day. BIKES 🚲 : The bicycle is the most common means of transport, with which you can easily reach the center of Pietrasanta and the beaches of Forte dei Marmi. Bicycles are available directly from us! The rent is 15€/one_day-10€/day for multiple days. SWIMMING POOL🏊‍♀️🏊🏼‍♂️ : The 25-meter swimming pool, surrounded by the greenery of our garden is the ideal place to unwind and let your thoughts wander. The opening hours from 10AM to 6PM. Friends of guests are allowed at 10€/hr/pax (pls notify in advance). MULTISPORT_COURT Tennis, football, volley, basketball 🎾⚽️🏐🏀 :The use of the field needs to be notified in advance at the cost of 12€/hr. Our VEGETABLES garden🍅🫑🌶️🥦🫛🥬🥒🧅🥔 is available for your use, please feel free to collect what you need (adults only). Please ask us what is ready for harvest and how to do so. We also have eggs, oil, honey, and other products for sale at the reception. Please note this is also a farm and there are ANIMALS, 2 horses🐎,3 goats🐐, 6 ducks🦆, 2 geese🪿, 40 hens🐓,2 dogs🐕 and 2 cats🐈🐈‍⬛.
