You live in a light-flooded, open, one and half-room attic flat in a popular & lively district of Berlin. It is a quiet oasis. In the street there are many big trees with birds in them. Even in winter there is always enough daylight in the flat. The space The spacious living/dining area with kitchen and a day toilet is pleasantly quiet. The terrace invites you to linger - no street noise can be heard there. The sleeping area with futon bed and pine slatted frame has a large skylight (with blackout). And can also be a place to unwind. In the upper area is an open new bathroom with small bathtub, bidet, toilet. Three large noise and temperature insulating curtains separate the upper sleeping area from the lower lounge area. For 2 guests the apartment is a small paradise. There is also a pull-out sofa bed that can accommodate 1-2 additional guests. Kettle, toaster, juicer, electric stove, dishwasher,washing machine, air purifier with fan, hammock, as well as 2 aikido mats and a gym ball which can be used for gymnastics or similar. There is enough storage space for clothes and shoes in the entrance area and sleeping area. W-lan is available. The bathroom is directly connected to the sleeping area. Not everyone likes the open and light bathroom. I ask that you keep that in mind when booking. Guest access All rooms can be used. It is my private apartment, which I rent in the time I am not in Berlin. Accordingly, there are also some personal objects in the room. I ask to be respectful and responsible with the equipment. No parties. I ask to take off the street shoes when entering the apartment. Slippers are available. The fire escape, which is accessible from the terrace, must not be entered except in case of emergency. The skylights must always be closed when leaving the apartment. The roof itself must never be entered. Other things to note The apartment is located on the 5th floor. There is no elevator!! And I do not own an oven. Registration Details 02/Z/RA/017218-23
