Our brand new home is a bright & warm breathing space within the city. The space is located in The Palladium in Megaworld Blvd, a great jump off point to malls, offices & Medical City. The lobby is meters away from convenience stores, coffee shops and restaurants. The space One master bedroom with a queen size bed and a maid's quarter converted into another bedroom with a double-decked bed. The master bedroom has its own AC while the second room is only equipped with a fan. There's a 1.5cu AC and a fan at the living room to cool the unit all the way to the second room. Guest access Pool Gym Daycare *Please fill up the log sheet at the front desk before using any amenities. Other things to note We would like to kindly request our guests to take good care of our home as if it were your own. During your stay: 1. Strictly NO VISITORS allowed. Only names listed on the Authorization Letter will be allowed to enter the building. 2. Strictly NO smoking and NO pets allowed. Smoking inside the unit will trigger smoke detector to alarm. Even in the balcony and bathroom. 3. Please keep to agreed check in & check out time. Check in anytime after 3PM. Check out at 11AM. Caretaker Manoa will arrive and clean the unit at exactly 11 AM to prepare the unit for the next guests. We may not accommodate early check-in & late check-out requests due to possible conflict with other guests. 4. Quiet Hours from 9 pm - 8 am. Kindly avoid unnecessary noises. 5. Gambling, contraband, prostitution, weapons, explosives, flammable objects, poisons, drugs, animals, and pungent food are strictly prohibited. 6. Hanging your towels or clothes on the balcony is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. If you need to dry anything keep it inside the unit. 7. Please conserve water and electricity. Turn off electricity and water when going out or not in use. 8. Please do not use any form of adhesive tapes (scotch, masking, double adhesive on walls and other fixtures). You have to pay for wall/paint damages. 9. Don't tamper/alter any equipment and facilities of condominium unit and common areas. Placing any objects (slippers, shoes, umbrella etc) outside entry doors of the unit or hallways are not allowed. 10. Sweeping of dirt and leaving garbage in the hallways is not allowed. Using the intercom, please contact front desk for garbage collection. 11. Please don’t flush any sanitary products, tissues, feminine products, baby wipes. Only toilet paper please! 12. Please handle appliances, sheets, towels, and furniture with care. Penalty will be charged for misuse of the things inside the unit. 13. Always lock the doors. The owner of the unit nor the building admin is not liable for any missing item. Penalty will be charged for unit inclusions that will be lost. 14. POOL: Free access for all guests. a. Due to the pandemic, our condo requires guests who wish to use the amenities to fill up the log sheet at the reception before swimming. b. Open from Tuesday - Sunday 6 AM -10 PM and not operational on Mondays for cleaning. c. Please bring towels, dry clothes and must dry up yourselves before returning to respective unit. 15. Kids and infants are counted as guests. 16. Emergency cleaning materials are in the lower cabinets below the sink. 17. No Parties or Events. It is each guest's responsibility to know and abide by the rules and regulations of the property and the building. Our rooms are privately owned and operated. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason(s) that does not abide by Philippine laws. We have a zero-tolerance policy in which we will refuse to admit or refuse service or accommodation in our room or may remove a person, without refund, who refuses to abide by the reasonable standards and policies established by the Republic Of The Philippines and the owners for the operation and management of the building. Our management reserves the right to amend, modify, change, cancel, vary or add to these House Rules or the arrangements and content featured on our listing at any time without prior notice. Please check our listing regularly for updates to House Rules. Any modification to these House Rules that occurs before your departure is considered a part of your reservation. Enjoy and have fun.
