Rustic-style apartment with bright colors in each room that gives them their own personality. It has enough natural light during the day, but if you want to keep it dark, just lower the blinds and enjoy total darkness in the bedrooms, living room, and dining room. Mexico City has a varied but not extreme climate. The apartment is very cool in the summer, but we have fans and heaters that we provide depending on the season. The space The apartment is spacious and spacious. Upon entering, you will find an entryway with a table/sideboard and a soft lamp that illuminates the paintings located in this area. At the end of the hallway on the right is the living room with a wall-to-wall window that allows you to enjoy a beautiful view of the city. In the living room there are 3 armchairs of 3, 2 and 1 people, a cantina, an entertainment center with screen where you can enjoy cable TV and a mini-component so you can listen to the radio, CD's or the music you like through its USB input. On the left side of the corridor, you will find the dining room with a window that allows you to see the south of the city, especially Ciudad Universitaria, the Fountain of the Patos and the esplanade of the flags of the unit; here you will find a cupboard and the dining room of 6 chairs, with some paintings on the walls that harmonize perfectly with contrasting colors. On one side is the kitchen equipped with refrigerator, microwave oven, stove, sink and a cupboard, in addition to a bottle so you always have water to drink (for hygiene we do not leave water in the bottle), blender, coffee maker, kitchen utensils, cutlery, tableware, etc. all designed so you can prepare what you like; in this same space is the access to the terrace/washing area where you will find the water heater, sink, washing machine, this area is quite ventilated, when it is roofed it will allow your clothes to be not exposed to the inclement of the weather. Following the corridor that connects to the rest of the areas of the apartment you will find: on the left side a half bathroom and immediately a full bathroom, in front of this is the secondary bedroom with a double bed, a single and a closet/dresser that has space to hang and drawers to keep the clothes folded, between the bathroom and the secondary bedroom is the access to the main bedroom that has a double bed, 2 baths, dresser with moon and closet. In addition to the access door, the apartment has a gate for added guest safety. However, this is only a precautionary measure since the area is quite quiet and safe. The apartment does not have an assigned parking drawer, however there are parking areas or, if you require, we can get a fixed place with an extra cost. Guest access The main door of the building closes automatically and can only be opened using the key or the intercom that you will find on one side of the main door of the apartment. There are also 2 elevators, one that only serves the even-numbered floors, while the other is assigned to the odd-numbered floors, which is the one that goes to the apartment located on the 13th floor. The elevators only work with a key fob that activates them, which we will provide to you upon your arrival. The building's interior (opposite the elevators) has stairs, which you can use anytime you want to go up or down to the apartment. The entrance and exit of the Unit, both on foot and by vehicle, is monitored, so upon your arrival we will provide you with 1 or 2 access cards (if you require more, there will be an extra cost). If you arrive by car, you must provide your ID at the guardhouse, and you will be given an identification card, which you must carry and always display. The unit has all the amenities, including gardens, an outdoor gym, a store, an economical kitchen, laundry, a produce store, and waste containers. IMPORTANT: Mexico City has an environmental regulation that requires us to separate garbage, which is essential for its collection. Therefore, we ask for your support in complying with the rule. Waste must be separated into: 1) Organic - Biodegradable Solid Waste (Food Waste) 2) Inorganic Recyclables: Raw material for reuse and recycling (plastic bags, aluminum, glass, pet) 3) Non-recyclable Inorganic: Hard to recycle waste (toilet paper, napkins, stationery waste) 4) Special and/or voluminous handling: (electrical or electronic appliances) In order to avoid the generation of pests (flies, cockroaches, ants, etc.) it is essential that you take the garbage in the containers constantly above all the organic. Other things to note It is noteworthy that the apartment's location and height give you access to wonderful views of Mexico City from every room.
