Spacious 2 bedroom home with hottub!

Enjoy a super chill experience at this centrally located, fully renovated home with a spa-villion! We hope you’ll enjoy all the amenities we have to offer like modern design, an amazing kitchen, easy parking, privacy, and a kitchen with all the tools you’ll need. Close to downtown St. Catharines, Port Dalhousie, Wineries and Breweries. We’re only a 12 minute drive to Niagara Falls and 15 to Olde Town in Niagara-on-the-Lake. We are a legal short-term rental :) We love Niagara! Come visit! The space In our space, the master retreat is upstairs with a queen bed and a balcony! The ensuite is equipped with sink, water closet and over-sized shower. Gorgeous! Main floor is kitchen and living space (with 3rd bed - pullout/trundle). There is also a second bedroom on main floor with a queen bed. Main floor powder room with laundry. The basement is where you will find the den/office as well as a second living space with reclining sofa and a full bathroom with tub/shower combo. The backyard is big. Lots of seating, bbq, privacy fence and a stairs to balcony on the second floor. :) Other things to note There is a second-story balcony with flight of stairs. Kitchen is equipped for cooking and meals! Kitchen utensils, soaps, shampoos, shower towels, dishwasher tabs, and cleaners all provided. NOTE: Since most of our guests come from within 150 km, to keep the costs down (no cleaning fee!) we only supply full bedding for certain- length stays. **** Stays that are less than 6 nights are supplied with fitted sheets and pillows, but require guests to supply their own flatsheets/blankets.***** --Exceptions can be made at an extra fee. There is normally alcohol on premise in bar areas. NO FIRES permitted- firepits are for decor only. Hottub hours are 7am-10:30pm to be respectful of our nieghbours. :) Wifi can be a bit spotty sometimes. Patio and driveway can be a little slippy in rain.
