This is the back portion at ground floor of a split level of a semi-detached house. The separate entrance is the sliding patio door located at the back of the house situated close to highway 403/407/QEW. Have fun with the whole family at this completely private place. The space This completely private apartment is at ground level while the semi-detached house has upper level and basement at the corner of the street(corner unit). Guest access This unit is completely private, self contained and guests have a separate and private entrance with 1 free car parking spot on the driveway at front of the house. You can park in and out freely at anytime. Enrance is the sliding patio door in the fully fenced back yard which is gated accessible from either driveway by stairs leading to the upper level entrance (this entrance is not for guests’ use) or walkway along the fence at the side of the street. The queen size mattress is firm mattress, the mattresses on bunk beds are a little bit soft though. Please note that there is NO stove, NO cooktops/pots, NO refrigerator, NO TV. Instead there are microwave oven, toaster, electric kettle, plates and mini fridge. Iron will be provided upon request at least 2 days before check-in date by txt message. The back yard and patio are shared with others. Please note the patio sets on the patio are not mine. Keep away from using the patio sets. Washer/Dryer in the basement are accessible for more than 5 nights occupancy, extra 5$ charge for every 5 nights. Other things to note This apartment is at the ground level of a house with upper level rooms above and basement rooms below, which means potentially exposing to occasionally noise from other occupants’ activities. If you are extremely sensitive to noise, this may not be a suitable place for you. We have one security camera facing the entrance door for safety purposes. It will be on during your stay. Keep away from using patio sets on the patio. Instead using the white chair by the entrance door. Cleaning up after yourself.
