ARay at Cooee Bay is a one minute walk to the sands of Lammermoor beach with amazing views of Great Keppel Island & the Marina from the balcony. Our newly renovated beach house offers King Beds, R/C Air-conditioning, Ceiling Fans throughout, 75" Smart TVs and Webber Qs and Coffee Pod Machines. Beach towels and chairs along with beach games are also included. Pets welcome. Perfect place for either a large family to occupy OR each level could occupy separate guests via their own access points. The space ARay has been completely renovated to become your next favourite short term getaway by the beach. We provide our guests with all linen and a beach towel, beach chair and a selection of things to take with you to relax or play on the beach. There is a selection of games and reading books along with free Wifi. Each Bedroom has a king size bed, ceiling fan, smart TV and great storage. The kitchens in addition to the norms one would expect - have induction cooktops and coffee pod machines. Bathrooms are modern & spacious with walk in seamless showers. Sorry no bath tubs. Pets permitted upon request. However, there are no fences therefore this would be at your discretion. Top Level (Apt A only) has a beautiful balcony overlooking Cooee Bay and Lammermoor beach with views all the way to Great Keppel Island and the Marina. Bottom Level (Apt B) boasts a unique wall of art by renown artists Rudy Suddy. Both levels have simple european laundry facilities with a washer only. Clothes horse & irons provided, however, all occupants share the outdoor clothes line. Guest access ARay at Cooee Bay is set on a slight hill. It is reasonably level at the front of the drive and then elongates up towards the rear. There are a number of steps around the property and a staircase to Apt A. Guests occupying Apt A have the option of two entrances. One being the front door to the building or the side of the building. Guests occupying Apt B also have the option of two entrances - ONLY IF - they are part of guests occupying Apt A. Otherwise one entrance to the side of the building. Other things to note It should be noted, that there are no fences between our home and our lovely neighbours. Therefore, upon request pets may be permitted, however, this would be at your discretion entirely.
