The space Apartment, facing the sea, with a wonderful view of Cocanha Island. It has a bedroom with a queen-size bed, shelves, TV, ceiling fan and a balcony facing the sea. Sleep listening to the sound of the waves..... It has a bathroom, equipped kitchen, TV room with sofa bed and dining room all together in one environment! Everything is decorated, clean and organized to welcome you. Swimming pool, barbecue area in the building and covered parking. Easily accessible location, beach with several kiosks and on the street there are 2 good restaurants, shops, ice cream parlors... Guest access We have a covered parking lot to better accommodate you and your family, but in front of the building you can also park. Another place is next to the barbecue area, where there is an uncovered lawn where you can park the car if you prefer! The barbecue and swimming pool are shared, and the grill for using the barbecue is inside the apartment. The social access gate to the building is unlocked and is easily accessed by the guest. The pool overlooks the beach as shown in the photos, and we have a sun lounger for your comfort and relaxation. Access to our apartment is by stairs and is on the 2nd floor.
