Beautiful rustic Finca ‘La Perla’ with sea view

A unique place in the Costa Blanca! Lovely 10 person, fully furnished sea view Finca in the warm south/east of Spain. On a spacious plot of 3500m2 with large terraces-garden and spacious swimming pool with sun loungers to relax under the Spanish sun! Less than 4 km from the Mediterranean Sea with its many bays and the cozy villages of Moraira, Calpe, Altea and Benissa. All facilities are at hand, such as restaurants within walking distance and a supermarket with delicious (stick) bread around the corner. The space It is a fully equipped Finca with air conditioning and free WiFi. It has 5 bedrooms, 3 of which have their own kitchenette, sitting area and bathroom. There are double beds in 3 bedrooms, and 2 bedrooms have 2 single beds. All equipped with duvets and pillows, and made up so wonderfully luxurious. The Finca has a complete kitchen equipped with induction hob, oven, a dishwasher, a washing machine, filter coffee maker and a large refrigerator. Ideal with friends, groups or for the family, for a fun and relaxing vacation. The highlight of this finca is the beautiful large terrace garden with an area of 3500 m2 and the beautiful swimming pool. Overlooking both the Mediterranean Sea in the distance and the mountains. Included are large lounge chairs with nice cushions and at the canopy a BBQ and a large table with room for 8-10 people. The canopy is perfect to enjoy a dinner, relax after a nice swim, etc. Guest access The entire house and terrace, the spacious terrace garden and the large swimming pool with sun beds. There is also a patio with a BBQ area. Other things to note The Finca "La Perla" is a nice house with stone walls that are porous. Please use caution. We ask for a deposit of €300 and it will of course be returned when there are no major flaws. Nice to have contact when something happens in or around the house that may involve costs. There is a fan in two bedrooms because there is no air conditioning. The rest of the bedrooms have A/C's. We have solar panels, so it's nice to use the appliances during the day on sunny days. The beds are made, bath, swimming, and kitchen towels are provided, and basic kitchen supplies are also available. The garbage can go to the containers that are along the roads.
