Our Bay House-Your Home Away from Home!

Make memories at this non smoking and family-friendly place located at Chesapeake Ranch Estates. This cozy, beautiful and fully updated home has 3 bedrooms, 4 queen beds and 2 full baths is ready to accommodate a family of 5 comfortably (max of 8-w/ add. charge).Modern kitchen and wifi are available. Additionally, this place has access to 2 Chesapeake Bay private beaches- Driftwood Beach and Seahorse Beach as well as Lake Lariat all within 3-5 min drive from the property. The space There are 4 queen beds in the three separate rooms. The living room has a white leather set with 85” flat screen TV with an electric fireplace bluetooth speaker that automatically connects to the TV for a theater like feel while watching movies. We provided a desktop by the kitchen counter for the guests’ use-use Bayhouse Guests profile. Guest access You will be able to use ALL parts of the main house except for the locked areas-one closet in the master’s bedroom, (there is still one more available for guests) bottom half of the pantry cabinet in the kitchen, (the upper one is available to use) and hallway utility closet. The garage is OFF LIMITS for the guests. It is strictly for owners use only. Please respect this and DO NOT attempt to go in WITHOUT PERMISSION . Other things to note Our property is NOT lake front property as listed in the categories. (Not sure what i did and cannot change it.) However, its only 3 minutes drive from the house or 20 min leisurely walk-a perfect distance for exercise. Seahorse Beach (our favorite) and Driftwood Beach are only 5 minutes and 4 minutes drive from the house respectively. If you love the water, it is a good idea to come prepared to swim. Bring your beach chairs, beach mat, beach towels, sunscreen and water toys if you have kids- boogie boards and floats, canopy or beach umbrella if you have them. If you love to grill, you can use the charcoal grill and wooden table with benches by the beach. Bring your own grilling supplies. FCFS GO early to grab a spot. Parking is right by the beach. No need to haul your supplies. Prop your trunk up and you are set. It is very convenient. Note that the beaches are private and needs a visitor’s pass ( we provide this as part of the amenities ) to get in or you might get towed at your own expense or not allowed to go in. We have an outdoor portable fire pit. Please provide your own firewood.
