Welcome to Low Tide, a new custom built modern beach house suite. Located steps from the sparkling waters of Lawrencetown Beach and overlooking protected parkland, this 2 bedroom coastal suite is the ideal escape to immerse oneself in nature. Enjoy all the amenities of home with access to a private beach path and the Atlantic View Trail. Only 35 minutes from the airport and downtown Halifax, escape to the Eastern Shore for rest and play in this picturesque setting. The space Step inside to find an open-concept living space that seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor living. Boasting an abundance of natural light, thanks to large windows that frame the ocean and lake views, the living room is the place to relax and unwind after a long day of surfing, hiking, or biking. Curl up on the couch to watch the wildlife, read a good book or enjoy a movie on the smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a large center island provides plenty of prep space for cooking delicious meals. The dining nook with seating for 4, is also a great place to have fun with the games and puzzles provided. The two bedrooms are designed to provide you with the ultimate in comfort and relaxation. Each bedroom features a plush queen-size bed with layered linens and ample closet space for your belongings. The primary bedroom offers a designated work space, for those who need to work and play. Outside, you will find a private covered porch that is perfect for taking in the water views and feeling the ocean breeze. The deck is furnished with comfortable chairs, making it the ideal spot to enjoy your morning beverage as you watch the sunrise over Porter’s Lake or take in the stars at night. *This space is not suitable for children under the age of 10 * *No smoking or vaping in or on the property* Guest access Guests will have complete access to the 2 bedroom coastal suite situated on the main floor of the home. The suite is accessed via the front steps from the driveway. Other things to note The whole home is on a reverse osmosis water treatment system, so the water is great to drink from every faucet as well as from the fridge water dispenser. There is storage under the front covered deck to secure your bikes, surfboards, etc. There is also a hose to rinse of sand and salt water. We provide beach chairs, boogie boards, and beach towels.
