Our home has easy access to: ~ NAIA Terminal 3, we are just across this airport -walking distance about 10 minutes via Runway Manila Footbridge. ~ Walking to Belmont Hotel, The Mariott Hotel, Sheraton Manila, Savoy Hotel, etc. ~ Newport Mall, Restaurants, Coffee Shops, Convenient Stores, Salon & Massage Spa, Supermarket, Laundromat are just a short walk too! The space A studio type unit at the ground floor (near lobby) with balcony garden, about 32 sqm for 3 guests maximum. Location: Two Palm Tree Villas, Newport City, Pasay This home offers: ~ Window type air conditioner ~ 1 Queen sized bed + 1 sofa bed ~ Intercom to reception ~ Android TV with Netflix, YouTube access ~ Unlimited wifi with speeds up to 100mbps ~ Dining set with fully equipped kitchenette, basic cookware for Light Cooking Only. ~ Appliances: Refrigerator, microwave oven, water kettle, rice cooker, dishes and silverware, coffee maker, oven toaster. ~ Hot and cold shower ~ Hair dryer ~ Amenity kit: Shampoo, soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, tissue (initial supplies only), alcohol, hand soap. Guest access ~ Swimming pool: 8am - 10pm Tuesday to Sunday Free use for up to 3 guests Need to register at Cluster 1 reception. ~ Gym: 7am - 10pm Sunday schedule is 2pm - 10pm only. ~ Lobby and Security Assistance: 24/7 ~ Kiddie Playground Anytime of the day * Parking option with a fee at the basement of the building - subject to availability upon booking. Rented separately. ALL visitors must provide a valid ID and owner's authorization. Visitors who will enter the unit but are not on the list are liable to pay P1000 penalty. Other things to note Upon booking, please submit copy of your valid IDs for the application of your guest pass. You also need to present your IDs upon check in. * No guest pass, No entry Policy. Towels, hand towels and basic toiletries are provided (initial supplies only) We do not offer hotel services such as change of towels and toiletries request at anytime during your stay. Note: Only Smart Communications has cellular signal in our building and unit-call & txt. Best to communicate and get connected to your family and friends thru our unit WIFI at 80 - 100 internet speed. For long stays (Min. of 28 days) - You are required to have us clean the unit every week. This is free of charge. - Utilities are included but electricity bill must not exceed P4000 & water bill at P500. Any excess shall be at your own cost.
