Home in Dalton

The Quintana Home is conveniently located near the main streets of Dalton. This home is perfect if you need to bring a pet or hook up to an EV charging station (Level 2.) We welcome long-term stays. Parking available for longer vehicles. There are plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, gas stations, and shopping nearby. We are: 2.6 miles to Dalton Convention Center 2.6 miles to Dalton State College 32 miles to Chattanooga Please be sure to read and agree with entire listing before booking. The space This is a 1400 sq foot home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Open floor plan with the kitchen, dining area, and living room. This home comfortably sleeps 7 people, but we allow up to 8 people in the home. All guests staying in the home must be accounted for on the reservation. Any guest spending the night after check in that is not on the original reservation will be charged a $50 fee per person per night, or subject to cancellation. Parking available for multiple vehicles. EV charger hook up Level 2 (additional charge, please inquire). Long driveway for RV parking. Guest access The entire house is available to the guests except the garage. The garage is not included in the rental. Other things to note Smoking or vaping are NOT allowed on the property. If you must smoke or vape, please do so outside 25 feet or more away from the house. Penalty for smoking in or near the house is $200.00. Pets are allowed, max 2 pets (cat or dog) are allowed. Additional pet fees are charged. Service animals exempt. Failure to report pets prior to reservation or brining extra pets will be charged an additional $300 or cancellation of your reservation. Removing any item or furniture from the house is prohibited. Unaccounted and damaged items will access a replacement fee. This fee will vary based on the item.
