Located just a mile from the Capitol and walking distance to restaurants, ice cream, and shops in Old Munichburg neighborhood. Fully furnished and designed to preserve as much history as possible. Some features: Transom windows, original floors, new fridge, new garbage disposal, new mattresses and waterproof covers, rocking chairs on the porch, and a smart tv for however you choose to relax! The space Each of the four bedrooms in this century home has a queen bed with waterproof covers on the mattress and pillows. Each room features a variety of antiques and art. The downstairs has two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, coat closet, and a full bathroom. Upstairs also has two bedrooms and a full bathroom. An enclosed porch acts as the laundry room with lots of bright sunlight. Guest access Access to all areas of the home except we ask that you do not go into the basement. It is OLD. We also keep one closet locked for supply storage. Other things to note Ample parking in the gravel lot across the street which is shared with our other Airbnb. Please no parking on the street.
