You are welcomed with wide open living and 3 bedrooms with additional sleeping for your comfort. Enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner out back in the enclosed patio, poolside. You are a quick drive to either Fort Myers Beach or Sanibel Island to get your sand and beach fix. You'll find everything need and want to enjoy every moment at Riverside! Guest access **Please note the dock was taken out by Hurricane Ian and has not been replaced** You will have access to the entire home, inside and outside., with the exception of some areas that are secured for safety reasons. Other things to note There is a $25 per day pool heating fee. We do require a current Photo ID, along with additional rental documents and water/pool liability waiver to be signed after booking in order to secure the rental. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your booking.
