The space Our rooms are private, small, and feature a bathroom, air conditioning, and a TV. Each one is equipped with smart locks, so on the day of your reservation you will receive an access code, avoiding the need for keys. TO DO. • We do not have parking, but there are usually spaces available in front of the building. • We are located on one of the city's main avenues, so traffic noise is common. • We have common areas with access until 10:00 PM. • Room rent does not include daily housekeeping. • Upon arrival, you'll find toilet paper and shampoo; if you need more, it will be on your own. To use the terrace, prior notice is required to reserve it. During your stay From Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, we have trusted staff in the building for anything you might need. In addition, we are available online throughout your stay, always attentive and ready to help you have a pleasant experience. Communication. • All questions or comments should be sent via Airbnb messaging. • Once your booking is confirmed, we will provide you with an emergency phone number. Access: • Access codes are sent between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM on the day of your arrival. Maintenance: • If you notice any damage in the loft, please let us know immediately to fix it as soon as possible. • Once you've left, we won't be able to make adjustments, so we want to make sure your stay is perfect from the start. Other things to note Accommodation and availability You'll stay on one of the city's main avenues, which will allow you to enjoy a strategic location. We'll always be available to help you with whatever you need within the apartment. However, there are external aspects that we cannot control, such as noise or traffic, although we will do everything possible to ensure that your stay is pleasant. Early check-in If you wish to check in earlier, we will gladly check availability on the day of your arrival. If the room is ready, we'll give you access without a problem. If you prefer to guarantee early check-in in advance, an additional fee will apply, as it will be necessary to block the room from the day before. • Condition: Subject to availability. Late check-out We understand that sometimes you need more time for your departure. We offer the option of late check-out at an additional cost, as it involves blocking the room so as not to receive new guests that day. • Cost: $300 MXN. • Latest check-out: 6:00 PM.
