This home features 2 King sized beds, 1 Queen bed & 1 single bed with luxury linens. The space This newly constructed home features modern amenities with over 2,350 sq. ft. of living space. The open concept kitchen has amazing views from all angles of the meadow across the street with an abundance of summer and winter sunshine through the soaring vaulted wall of windows. Rich earth-tone granite eating bar and kitchen w/views of the forested landscape. Home features: Four bedrooms, primary lower level suite with King bed and ensuite bathroom with step in shower. Upper level features, 1 king bed and 1 queen and 1 single bed with dedicated office space, viewing loft, large bonus room with foosball table and full size bathroom with separated toilet and bathtub. The large laundry room has new appliances and a lower level half bath with barn door. This home has 3 TV's - 65" TV in living room, 65" TV in gaming room and 55" inch TV in Primary Bedroom. Enjoy the 4-6 person Jacuzzi hot tub with an outdoor patio and propane firepit. Situated in the Deschutes National Forest and located only minutes from the heart of La Pine and Hwy 97 this home is centrally located near some of Oregon’s most breathtaking lakes/hiking trails and Mt. Bachelor skiing. Please Note: We do not provide toddler beds, cribs, or other infant sleep accommodations. If you're traveling with young children, you may need to bring your own portable sleeping arrangements. The Blue House is centrally located in South La Pine to access many things to do in the surrounding areas such as visiting Crater Lake, floating the Deschutes (10 miles); Paulina Lake and Newberry Volcanic National Monument (15 miles – with the amazing Big Obsidian Flow and Paulina Lake Hot Springs (seasonal access to Paulina Lake)); La Pine State Park (6.4 miles); Sunriver Marina (16 miles); Wickiup Reservoir (8.6 miles); Quail Run Golf Course (6.8 miles); Lava River Cave (18 miles); Lava Top Butte (23 miles – with amazing views!); Crater Lake National Monument (~100 miles South). Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property via keyless entry. Other things to note No smoking ($150 fee if any signs of smoking are noted) We reserve the right to charge $100 for having to drain the hot tub and refill if left cloudy/dirty. Parties or large gatherings are prohibited For our guests safety, the property has two exterior Ring security cameras that face away from the home. One is located at the front of the garage and the other one is located at the front door and do not look into interior spaces. Other things to note Central Oregon is the gateway to a wide range of fun activities at any given time of the year…the amazingly beautiful Cascade Mountains offer limitless recreation for fishing, hiking and skiing & snowboarding. Mount Bachelor is appx. 37 miles away for skiing or snowboarding. Bend is approximately 30 miles away, Sunriver appx. 14 miles, Paulina Peak appx. 27 miles.
