It's minutes from all of the best restaurants and bars and perfect for anyone traveling for work or play. With it's three bedrooms this home can comfortably fit up to 5 people. Enjoy cooking in the full kitchen with everything you need. The outdoor patio and seating area with lighting is great for a relaxing evening. We look forward to hosting you! The space The first floor features a cozy dining space, comfortable living room and a fully stocked kitchen. Throughout the first floor guests will have access to a smart TV, electric fireplace, fully stocked kitchen with appliances, microwave, dishwasher, stove/oven & refrigerator. Guests can also enjoy a comfortable outdoor patio off the back of the home with seating for two. The second floor features two bedrooms, one with a Double bed and one with a Twin bed. The second floor also includes a full bathroom with stackable washer/dryer. Finally, the third floor is the third bedroom which includes a Double bed. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property Other things to note HOUSE RULES: 1. You must be at least 21 years old to rent this property. 2. No smoking allowed inside. 3. No illegal substances are allowed. 4. Drinking alcohol is permitted only for guests age 21 and over. 5. No food in the bedrooms. 6. No candles or other open flames inside. 7. Please contact the host before operating the patio heater to ensure it is being operated properly; also ensure it is turned off properly when done. 8. Guests should not need access to the basement area. If for some reason the guest needs to access the breaker box or hot water heater, please contact the host. 9. Please take off your shoes when inside the home. 10. Please separate waste from recyclables in the labeled bins provided. 11. Visitors are allowed as long as they do not spend the night. 12. Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the property. 13. Please only throw toilet paper in the toilet; there is a trash can beside it for everything else. 14. If you break or damage something, please let us know and together we can arrange for its replacement or repair. 15. Pets that are house trained and less than 50 lbs are allowed for a $100 fee (2 pets maximum). CHECK-OUT: Please take care of the following upon departure: 1. Check-out is at 11:00 am. 2. Make sure all electronics and faucets are turned off 3. Lock all windows and doors prior to leaving. 4. Strip the beds that have been used and place linens and used towels top of the beds 5. Place all used cups/dishes/etc in the sink or dishwasher
