Guests will enjoy a pleasant garden, perfect for having coffee in the sun, reading, or simply relaxing in a quiet environment after a day of work or exploring Paris. No parties. The space Adjoining the main house, this independent studio with garden has been equipped with all the comforts so that you can feel at home with special attention to the decoration. It has a living room, kitchen, shower room, and garden. The apartment is suitable for sleeping two adults and a baby. It can also accommodate two of your friends for moments of conviviality. It is not suitable for parties or any other event with more than 4 people. The main room has a sofa bed with a thick 140 x 200 mattress; it is extremely comfortable, has a slatted bed base, and is very easy to use. It opens and closes easily in a matter of seconds. Bed linen, duvet, ergonomic pillows, and soft pillows are provided and included in the price. Upon request, we can prepare a travel cot for a baby if needed (at no extra charge). It has central air conditioning during heat waves (without a noisy fan). The small desk in the main room will allow you to work in peace, thanks to the Wi-Fi and fiber-optic internet. The TV has Netflix, Disney+, Canal+, and OCS. Its kitchen with dining area is equipped with: - Microwave, convection oven, 2 induction cooktops. - Fridge with small freezer - Senseo coffee machine with capsules available, kettle. - Toaster, dishes. - Salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, sugar, dish soap, sponge. In the shower room with toilet, you will find shampoo, shower gel, towels, a hairdryer, and toilet paper. You will find a large closet to store your belongings. There is also an umbrella, a shopping bag, tablecloths for the garden table, and a blanket for winter evenings. Your Japanese-style garden, with its beautiful maple trees, faces southwest. It has two dining areas: one with armchairs for enjoying an aperitif in the sun, and another with a table and chairs for meals. The accommodation is non-smoking but has a smoking area in the garden. Not suitable for gatherings of more than 4 people. Sorry, no parties. Guest access We will give you the keys between 2pm and 10pm. Ideally, you'll let us know your arrival time slot so you don't have to wait. When you leave, please give us the keys by 11 a.m. at the latest. If you need to arrive late after the shops close, we can help you buy some groceries. Just let us know a little beforehand.
