One double and one single bedroom to rent in this calm stylish home conveniently located 6 minutes walk from GREEN LUAS rail link and a 15-minute ride to the centre of the bustling exciting city of Dublin. The bedrooms have their own safety locks. There is a modern shared bathroom adjacent to each bedroom. Downstairs is the shared kitchen, living room, conservatory and small garden with table and chairs. The space You will be sharing my 3-bedroomed home with me, a retired single man. Guest access Kitchen - you are welcome here for breakfast any time before 11 am and to grab something between 5-7pm. Extensive cooking is not permitted. Limited use of kitchen as it is my home. You are also welcome to have breakfast outside, weather permitting! During your stay Guests can be left alone or I can interact when needed or am free. Generally, I will be around for most of your stay, so if you need anything, including transport or other tourist advice, please feel free to ask. Other things to note The property is only 6 minutes walk from the GREEN LUAS tram, serving central Dublin (St Stephen's Green is only a 15-minute ride) and two stops from the Dundrum shopping centre (shops, cafe's restaurants, cinemas etc).
