Spectacular ocean view apartment in an exclusive location with direct beach access. It has everything you need for an unforgettable stay, preferably family groups of up to 6 people including children and babies. Located in Serena del Mar, just 17 kilometers from the walled city in the sector with the greatest tourist projection of Cartagena. The space The apartment is in a building approved by statutes for tourist housing, located in a tourist area on the beachfront. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the Morros Zóe Building in Serena del Mar, with a spectacular and relaxing view. It has all the amenities to accommodate up to 6 people maximum. NOTE: THE MAXIMUM CAPACITY IS 6 GUESTS, INCLUDING CHILDREN AND BABIES, THEY ALSO COUNT AS A QUOTA AND NO ADDITIONALS ARE ALLOWED. PLEASE NOTE THIS BEFORE MAKING THE RESERVATION. - 1 bedroom with a queen size bed and a trundle bed. - Private bathroom in the main room. - Second bedroom with two single beds and a trundle bed. - Private bathroom in the second bedroom. - Work area has laundry room and washer and dryer. - A full bathroom in the work area. -Air conditioner, -Water heater -Internet WiFi, TDT. -Kitchen with all appliances. -Digital lock *Items in the apartment:* - Shower towels for each guest. - Beach towels for each guest. -Hand soap in the bathrooms at the time of check-in. After this supply is finished, the guest must buy it. -One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom at the time of check-in. After this supply is finished, the guest must buy it. -One trash bag in each bin at the time of check-in. After this supply is finished, the guest must buy more. -Dishwashing soap and sponge at the time of delivery. After this supply is finished, the guest must buy it. Guest access The building has a large pool area, jacuzzi, Turkish bath, fully equipped gym, direct beach access, children's pool, children's games, private covered parking, elevators, 24/7 private security, and open areas and spaces facing the sea. Ideal for families with children, couples, or work groups. The pools are closed on Tuesdays for maintenance. The building's common areas such as the Jacuzzi, Turkish bath, sauna, and gym must be booked through the "Guest Manager" software. Upon arrival at the building, the reception will give you the QR code so that you can register directly with your identification number. The building has direct access to "Playa Murallas". To make a reservation for chairs, tents, umbrellas and/or parasols, you must go directly to the beach when it is low tourist season. For high season, it must be done through the "Mi comunidad SDM" App. The username and password of the apartment will be sent on the day of your arrival. On the other hand, before arriving at the building, about 5 minutes away by taxi, there is the Ramblas Mall, where you can find a wide variety of restaurants, supermarkets, drugstores, etc., to buy basic items during your stay. They make home deliveries and in the apartment you will find a magazine with their respective phone numbers. You can also download the Rappi App. For transportation, you can access the 24-hour taxi station at the Meliá Hotel, or download the "InDrive" App, which lists all the drivers who are available in the area and lets you negotiate rates. Other things to note The person responsible for the booking must be at least 21 years old. Once the reservation is confirmed, you must send the following information in order to authorize your entry to the building: (NAME AND SURNAME, DOCUMENT NUMBER, RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS, TELEPHONE, EMAIL and CITY) NO CHANGES, ADDITIONS AND/OR MODIFICATIONS ARE ALLOWED AFTER SENDING THE GUEST LIST. This information must be sent two (2) days in advance, and will be at the building's front desk when you arrive. You only need to provide your ID in person. They will be provided with a wrist band that will identify them as guests of the building. You must wear the wristband during your stay so that you can enter and leave the building without a problem. We do this for the building's security. I must also state that no visitors are accepted, only people registered in advance on the guest list. No pets If the cleaning or maintenance staff detects the presence of a pet, the tenant is subject to a fine. Smoking, vaping, and using e-cigarettes are not allowed inside the property, including the balcony. In the event that the cleaning or maintenance staff detects an odor that shows that smoking has occurred, the tenant is subject to a fine. Our guests can enjoy the building's social areas (swimming pools, jacuzzi, Turkish bath, gym) during the hours established by the building's regulations, which are from 9 am to 7 pm.
