Colorful Cottage

Enjoy the cozy comforts of the Colorful Cottage home! Our home is almost 100 years old - its quirky and funky-definitely NOT sparkling clean or new like a hotel. We are 12 min to downtown and 8 min to the airport. Our area is a colorful transitional neighborhood with lots of working class people, but some who don't have the means to take care of their homes or yards. If you aren't comfortable with hearing weekend yard bbqs and general community out and about, then maybe not the place for you. The space we only have a communal tv in the living room, not in the bedrooms. we have a washer and dryer there is no dishwasher there are 2 parking spots - in yard and front of house Guest access you will be able to do a self checkin Other things to note Please know that this is not a fancy neighborhood! It's working class - transitional new homes being built but lots of old ones too that aren't being upkept
