Nice and quite neighborhood. It is very easy to get around in the neighborhood. This home has a driveway, additional parking can be found on the street infant of the house. Please DO NOT block the neighbor's driveway or park in front of their homes as there may be fines and possible towing for parking violations. ★ Security cameras on property ★ There are 2 cameras outside of the home. A Ring Doorbell at main front door at the front of the house and a camera at the back of the house. The devices are on all the time 24hrs, but it will only start recording sounds & pictures 30s- 60s when motion is detected. ★ No Parties ★ We must stress that we do NOT allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property. We are adamant about only welcoming families and groups who are looking to relax and enjoy the beautiful stunning backyard and the amenities the home has to offer. For this reason, we use a thorough process of cleaning after each check-out. ★ FIREPLACE NOTE ★ Our fireplace is gas burning. For safety reasons we ask our guests to refrain from using it without previously arranged, written approval. ★ TOWELS NOTE ★ Please note, we offer plenty of body towels for your use but feel free to bring your own pool towels if you'd like. ★ ENTERTAINMENT★ All our smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, YouTube. Login info will be provided upon request. ★ POOL ★ You must sign a waiver and swim at your own risk. TRASH / LAUNDRY Please take all trash out before leaving and leave all dirty towels and sheets in the laundry room.
