Recently renovated this compact modern annex is the perfect accommodation for a holiday or long weekend in Newquay. Ideal for two guests or two guests and an infant (travel cot provided). Located on a quiet residential street it’s a short walk from Newquay’s beaches, town centre and train station. You will also find Newquay Zoo, Waterworld, trampoline park, crazy golf, Trenance park and gardens right on the doorstep. The space There is an open plan bright living area with a three seater sofa and a 50inch Smart TV with a door which leads out onto a small patio area with a bistro set. Newly fitted, fully equipped kitchen has an integrated dishwasher and fridge with a freezer draw, cooker and electric hob. There’s a breakfast bar with two stools (a high chair can be provided upon request). The bedroom has a double wardrobe and double bed (a travel cot can be provided if necessary). The bathroom has an electric shower. Towels are provided as well as WI-FI. Guest access Guests will be able to access the whole space with their own front door access. On arrival guests will be able to collect the keys via a key box. Other things to note There is plenty of parking in the street. The road is very quiet with not much passing traffic.
