Full kitchen with a sit-at bar opens onto a cozy lounge space. Bedroom has AC and a work desk, and the palm-roofed shower hut with on-demand hot water makes showering a delight. Located next to an authentic local eatery and a popular hotel-restaurant, you're just short walk down the road to the beach and to the surf! The space A lovely big property with two small houses and lots of green space. This is a complete one-bedroom house with two patios to lounge in, both overlooking the garden. There are industrial fans and big windows to help keep the space cool, the bedroom is air conditioned, and there is on-demand hot water in the shower. It's simple and comfortable, and offers privacy and tons of outdoor space. The house is set up so you have plenty of places to relax, nap, or get some work done. The kitchen is perfect for cooking, with all the equipment you need and ample counter space. Guest access You will have the entire house to yourself, including front and back patios, plus access to the grassy backyard. There is a quiet, long-term tenant living in the front house, which has its own small yard space up front. The entire property is fenced in and secure, and Casa Pantera itself is private and has its own parking space. Other things to note We have unlimited high-speed WiFi. No loud music or parties are allowed. No smoking inside. No pets allowed (there is one cat on the property and she's skittish but territorial). There is filtered, UV-treated water available from a tap in the kitchen and on-demand (gas) hot water in the shower. This is my own home, so it is rarely available for rent, but it's now open for someone else to enjoy :)
