Db room + breakfast in farmhouse nr Ullswater

Come and stay in a cosy bedroom in our traditional Lake District farmhouse. You'll have access to shared spaces (bathroom and garden) and there's ample parking on our driveway. A modern breakfast is provided in your room of granola, yoghurt, porridge pots, fresh fruit, orange juice, pain au chocolat, teas and coffee. We are fortunate to have a great pub on our doorstep, and within walking distance too. We are a working dairy and sheep farm with two very friendly house dogs. The space You'll have your own bedroom in our family home with double bed, ample storage for your clothes, drying rail, tv, kettle, maps and walking guides to browse, and books to read. Guest access You'll have exclusive use of the bedroom, and will share the bathroom and garden. During your stay We want you to enjoy your stay whilst you are here, and so if you need any help or advice we'll do our best to assist you. Other things to note If you want to dine at the village pub (Horse & Farrier), then booking is recommended.
