Paved Bike trail across the street. The Suite is perfect for working people coming to New Ulm needing a very comfortable place to stay short term or longer. It's also great for a weekend getaway. We are at times flexible with the number of guests. If more than 3, prior approval is requested. 2nd bed is a futon in a sm rm. The space Walk through the door and have everything at your fingertips instantly including fast wireless internet, cable TV. The Suite is very warm, inviting and comfortable (set the thermostat so you are comfortable. Guests have the entire apartment (1400 sq/ft) to themselves with their own entry doors. Feel free to prepare meals, most cookware is supplied. Discounts for longer stays - $90/Nt for a week or longer, $67/Nt for a month or more. Feel free to use the washer and dryer ( no quarters needed). ***Please note that what is listed as bedroom number 2 is not a legal bedroom as there are no windows. Guest access The entire suite is yours. There are two locked doors to enter the apartment, one at street level and one at the top of the stairs. Your own private entry. You will have your own off street concert driveway/parking. Other things to note Keurig coffee maker and coffee is available. Usually a bottle of red and white wine, might be a couple of cans of Schells beer in the fridge. PLEASE, the beverages are for your enjoyment while you are staying in the Suite. If you do not drink them during your stay, please leave them in the suite for the next guest. Must be able to climb 15 indoor steps to enter apt. Snow plowing is provided for driveways and front porch. Never sure what time they will get to us but they always come and do a great job.
