Beautiful house overlooking Mission Dolores Park. This is a 1 bedroom unit in a two unit home. Includes a large private deck with incredible views of the city and San Francisco Bay. This is my primary residence, but prepared for guests when rented out. Location is right up the street from Dolores Park and a couple blocks from Castro. The space Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located home. The home includes a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, dining/work area, washer and dryer, and a deck with lots of lounge furniture. Additionally guests can feel free to use the Peloton with the "Guest" account. Public transportation is nearby, & there is plenty of free parking on the street (2 hour residential parking). Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment, no spaces are shared. The only shared space is the main entrance gate and stairs which is shared with the upstairs owners. Other things to note STAIRS: There are 35 or more [cement] stairs up to the apartment, keep this in mind while booking my place if you have any issues climbing stairs with luggage. DISHWASHER: Dishwasher is currently under repair and is not functioning. A drying rack is provided by the sink. PRIVACY: You have full privacy in my unit. DOG FEE: There is a $100 dog fee per stay and a $200 refundable deposit, and you must inform us upon booking that you will be bringing your pet. Due to cats possibly spraying, no cats allowed. CONDO RULES NEIGHBORS: Please be respectful to the neighbors. This is a quiet neighborhood and the upstairs neighbors are elderly. Just say hello and they will open and kind. GATE: Reminder to make sure the gate is closed after entering and exiting the property. This is a security gate for both units and we need to be respectful to the neighbors. BELONGINGS: Please don't leave belongings in the common area in front of the main door. Any surf boards or personal items should be left in the apartment or on the private deck that belongs to the unit. OVEN VENT: Please turn the vent on when using the oven. It is a small space and if the vent isn't turned on it can get congested in the apartment. PARTIES & EVENTS: Reminder that there are no parties allowed at this property. Some events Airbnb may consider to be “parties” include kids parties, birthday parties, house or dinner parties, engagement parties, bachelor/stag and bachelorette/hen parties (among others). If we have complaints of this, you will be asked to leave immediately and will be charged with a $500 fine. NOISE complaints after 10PM from parties on the deck or in the unit, will be asked to leave the premises immediately. GUESTS: No more than 4 guests in my apartment or on the deck at any given time. DIRECTIONS: Sometimes Uber or Lyft will drop you off at the wrong location when you use the exact address. I'll provide the right drop off details to use offline. Registration details STR-0005357
