Life is good in our newly renovated home just three miles from Old Town Scottsdale. Our stylish mid-century ranch sleeps seven and is the perfect balance of relaxation, location, and amenities. Heated pool and stylish backyard offers outdoor living, with unique pass-through picture window with view of the pool and outside lounge area. Inside you’ll find three bedrooms with new mattresses, ample closets, stocked modern kitchen and comfy living room for after a busy day of desert adventures. The space KITCHEN • You will find everything you need with this home’s new kitchen that features all new appliances and quartz countertops. The space is fully-stocked with All-Clad pans, a Keurig single-serve coffee maker, coffee pot, electric kettle, nutribullet® blender, and so much more! BEDROOMS AND BATHS • This is a single-level three-bedroom house with two baths. • Master bedroom features a king bed, and with en-suite bathroom with marble floors, and a marble walk-in shower. • The second bedroom features a queen size bed, and the third bedroom features a twin- and full-size bed. • The newly renovated guest bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. OUTDOOR AREAS • Enjoy the heated pool that also stays cool in the summer months. It is fully gated for those traveling with families. • The covered back patio has a dining table that seats six, and shaded lounge furniture. LIVING AND DINING AREAS • Open concept living with new engineered wood flooring. • Large dining table that extends and seats up to 10. GARAGE/PARKING • Two-car garage. • You can park at least two cars on the driveway. • Plenty of street parking, • POOL o The pool is serviced every Tuesday. o There is a $50/night fee to heat the pool. We need three (3) days’ advance notice to set the temperature. • CHILDREN o Kitchen is equipped with plastic cups, plates, bowels, and utensils. o There is a stroller left in the garage for your use. • KITCHEN o We usually have an assortment of spices and oils, however we cannot guarantee the availability upon arrival. o Paper towels, napkins, aluminum foil, baking sheets, saran wrap, plastic baggies, and storage containers. Other things to note IMPORTANT: The City of Scottsdale has a VERY strict noise ordinance policy that will be enforced. The quiet hours are from 10 pm to 9 am. Therefore, this house is not suited for any parties or events. Host reserves the right to request government IDs for guests over 18.
