Additionally, the 1 floor of offers a garden, shopping opportunities on the ground floor and parking in the basement. The space The place has panoramic view out to a beautiful church tower. It has authentic concrete floors with simple furniture of steel and wood mostly but is decorated with funny things on the walls and shelves. Despite the size of the place, the place has a 160cm bed, a full kitchen with Smeg equipment in place. Additionally you have a little walk-in closet, dry/washing machine, dishwasher. The bathroom was just renoved July 2024. It offers a shower and floor heating, towel heater. Just above the apartment is a big rooftop with the view all over Copenhagen. At the 1 floor of the building is a garden. The balcony is 4sqm and has the most amazing sunlight at least half of the day. The building offers 2 elevators, a parking zone in the basement ( not free). Guest access We either meet in person or the keys can be picked up in a shop next to the building. Other things to note I require a few rules to follow: - strict rules regarding maintenance of bathroom tiles due to the nature stone terrazzo, meaning that you will have to swipe the glass wall and tiled after use - before departure I require guest to take out the trash, take of the bed sheets + towels and place them in the walk in closet
