A renovated 1918 charmer that will delight with all the comforts of home. Offers a fully equipped Kitchen, Living room, Dining room, 1 Bath, & Laundry room, as well as 1 Bedroom downstairs and 2 Bedrooms upstairs. You'll find the beds are super comfy and there is plenty of storage space. There are original creaky hardwood floors in the main area downstairs, and carpet in the bedrooms. Many original details, with fresh paint and updated style, Fast Wi-Fi, smart Tv's and electric fireplace for ambiance and additional heat if needed. KITCHEN We provide basic cookware, dishes, utensils and small appliances. Also a small regular Mr. coffee pot, and a Keurig. You will have an assortment of pods to choose from, as well as sugar and creamer. There is a microwave, gas stove/oven and a new refrigerator. We DO NOT have a dishwasher at this time. EXTRAS In addition to the basics, we provide Melaleuca non-toxic shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soaps, laundry soap, and cleaners. PARKING There is space for two cars in the driveway only. You will have access to the entire home as well as all of the outdoor space. The basement is not accessible. I am available to answer any questions that you may have throughout your stay. Our neighborhood is unique with its history and charm. Very walkable, with sidewalks to enjoy the homes and park just down the street. The neighbors are wonderful and friendly! Our proximity to The Grand River Wine Valley is super convenient, many wineries within 3 miles, and many more within 5 miles. WE ARE ON A SEPTIC SYSTEM AND ONLY TOILET PAPER IS PERMITTED TO BE FLUSHED DOWN THE TOILET! Our home is not childproofed. And we do have stairs.
