Offers a fully equipped Kitchen, Living room, Dining room, 1 Bath, & Laundry room, as well as 1 Bedroom downstairs and 2 Bedrooms upstairs. You'll find the beds are super comfy and there is plenty of storage space. Many original details, updated style, Fast Wi-Fi, smart Tv's, reading material, board games and electric fireplace. Fully fenced, private yard. KITCHEN We provide basic cookware, dishes, wine glasses, utensils and new appliances. There is no dishwasher. EXTRAS We provide soaps, linens, towels and coffee. Blackstone grill and fire pit. PARKING There is space for two cars in the driveway only. No street parking please. Guest access You will have access to all main areas, inside and out! Other things to note Minimum renter age is 25. WE ARE ON A SEPTIC SYSTEM AND ONLY TOILET PAPER IS PERMITTED TO BE FLUSHED DOWN THE TOILET! Our home is not childproofed. And we do have stairs.
