We are located at the awards winning Tattershall lakes plot location within the park is Kingfisher Court number 14 Guest access Entire holiday home and hot tub Other things to note The parks facilities passes are not mandatory when staying but are needed to enter the merlin complex and use the parks facilities they are needed especially if any activities etc have been booked as guests cannot enter the facilities without them, they are from £95 for the occupancy They have to be pre ordered via myself the owner on my owners account. Please let me know if passes are required. £10 admin fee applies Guests can pre-book activities in advance using the away resort activities booker without the passes using the plot number as reference kc14 but the passes are need to do the activities Hot tub 💦 The hot tub is free of charge for guests staying and can be condemned at anytime for missus. PLEASE DO NOT ALLOW CHILDREN/Adults TO CLIMB ON THE HOT TUB LID AS THIS WILL DAMAGE IT (our hot tub maintenance team carry out an inspection during and after each guest and do report any damage occurred picture evidence will be taken) Please do NOT allow children/adults to jump into the Hot tub as this can cause harm not only to the child/adult but damage can occur. Please place the Hot tub lid back on when not in use as this will help maintain the water temperature and keep chlorine levels safe. A chlorine Dispenser (mushroom) is provided please take this out of the Hot tub when in use and replace this back in the Hot tub after use, to keep the chlorine level safe. Failure to follow instructions displayed next to the Hot tub may result in loss of full damage bond. Following the Hot tub guide, you will not have any problems. If the Hot tub requires a drain down or a call out during stays this will come at a cost to YOU for misuse and failure to follow the Hot tub Guide DISPLAYED. A call out charge is £250 A £95 charged for maintenance/drain down via our professional Hot tub maintenance service. Because of full drain downs and maintenance of the hot tub after each guests the hot tub may not be up to the required temperature 37 degrees, please allow time for the temperature to reach 37 degrees before use. DO NOT TAMPER OR ADJUST THE SETTINGS, as they are set via our hot tub maintenance company, tampering with the setting may result in a further delay in usage of the hot tub. The hot tub may be emptied as early as 8:30am on your check out date and may still be filling up on your arrival, via our professional Hot tub service. The hot tub is included free of charge during your stay and can be condemned at any time for misuse via our professional hot tub company. The hot tub is used at your own risk during your stay, we as owners take no responsibility for misuse and or not following the hot tub rules sign provide and displayed on the decking. towels are not provided nor is travel cot bedding.
