Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Super close walking distance to Ohio university, restaurants, bars, transportation and services. Please contact me, for longer stays, and a better price. The space The space is upstairs and has very steep steps. It is a large roomy private space. Small fridge. Microwave and kettle for your use , but can also keep some items in my downstairs fridge. Also if staying longer can help to make a space in kitchen . Guest access Guest have use of kitchen , dining room and living room space. Also outdoor space with table and chairs. My bedroom and office are private. During your stay I live on property, very important to have clean and safe environment. I am available via app. for questions and suggestions of places to eat shop or visit. Other things to note Have central ac , just don’t use that much, prefer windows open, does have oscillating fan. When it gets too hot will turn on central a/c
