This is a comfortable and secure ground floor condo set in a well kept garden, only a short walk from all the shops, restaurants and beaches - an island of tranquility in the heart of Sosua. There is a large communal pool and a barbecue area. The condo has everything you need including a queen size bed, A/C, 32" TV (with cable), WiFi internet, well-equipped kitchen and more. The space Garden Condos has 24/7 security and there is on-site secure parking at no extra cost if required. The condo has a safe for your valuables. Other things to note Guests are welcome to invite temporary visitors into the property. It will be necessary for them to leave ID with security while they are on the premises. The price does not include electricity. We meter what you use and charge it at 28 cents per kWh or, for long stay guests, we just let you pay the utility bill when it comes. The amount you consume will depend mainly on how much you use the water heater and A/C. Expect it to cost around $3-4 per day if you are reasonably economical. On arrival you will be asked for a cash deposit to cover this and the balance will be refunded when you leave.
