Private room for rent in a peaceful and centrally-located Burbank home. There is a mostly private living room and dining area for use, as well as a big backyard with a BBQ, patio table, and lounge chairs to enjoy. The space The home is mostly all one level, aside from a stair which separates the front and back parts of the open layout house. I, the owner, spend most of my time in the back half of the house. The front half has two rental/guest bedrooms (this being one of them). Shared bathroom and kitchen Guest access The guest will have their own bedroom with closet and dresser and desk, and share a bathroom with a renter who is seldom home. The guest will have access to a sunny living room and dining room in the front part of the house (close to the bedroom), the kitchen (in the middle of the house), the washing machine in the garage, and the big backyard with its amenities. During your stay I live on the premises and am home often, and will certainly be friendly and say hello. Other things to note Currently, clothes are line-dried in the backyard, or at a laundromat. Also, I own a loving 6lb dog who does not shed much, and hangs out with me for the most part.
