The house Chesa Muntanella is located in the Seglias district in Sils-Maria in a quiet yet very central location. The Volg grocery store, public transport stops and hiking trails are very close. We would be delighted to welcome you as a guest. The space The studio (35 sqm) is located on the lower ground floor (from the entrance door there are a few steps down to the apartment entrance) and consists of a very bright, cozy room as a living room/bedroom, a well-equipped kitchen (Nespresso machine, stove with ceramic hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher), a modern bathroom with toilet/shower and a terrace seating area. In May 2025, the living/sleeping area was newly renovated and equipped with new furniture: new double bed 180/200 cm and new armchairs. An underground parking space is included. The apartment also has free Wi-Fi access. Non-smoking apartment/no pets allowed. Guest access The ski and bicycle room in the house may be used. Other things to note Additional costs: There is a 4.00 CHF visitor's tax per person per day, which is paid on site. The price includes bedding, kitchen linen and towels (1 set per person). The final cleaning of CHF 100.00 will be charged through Airbnb.
