Full and complete kitchen Dining room table with office 2 bedrooms -1 queen bed in each room Brand new furnace to keep you warm during the winter months. Smart nest thermostat is used during your stays. Full bathroom featuring a stand up shower. We have a porch on the front of home and on the back. A privacy fence that keeps the area private from neighbors. We are still in the process of finishing up the outside of the home. Basement features the laundry room. This space is an unfinished standard basement. Guest access The front and back doors are equipped with smart locks for smooth and easy access. Guests rent the entire home. Other things to note Behind the house outside the fence there is parking for up to 3 vehicles. Additional parking in the lot next to house. All of the doors have been restored from various thrift stores. They are not perfect but it meant so much to us to get old doors back in the home. The yard is fully fenced for any dogs who may visit. There is a privacy fence to keep the house private from the neighbors.
