Sunny Cottage is conveniently located in the quaint yet bustling borough of Phoenixville. The location is less than a mile from Bridge Street where you’ll find dozens of restaurants, breweries, wine tasting, shops and more. The cottage is also close to Valley Forge National Historic Park and plenty of hiking and biking trails. You will be steps away from tennis/pickleball and basketball courts. The cottage is perfect for one or two couples, is private and has free off-street parking for 2 cars. The space The private cottage has been professionally decorated in a modern, Scandi style and is just the right size for 1-4 guests. It’s perfect for one or two couples. All rooms are located on the first floor and include an eat in kitchen, living room with plenty of seating and smart TV. There are two bedrooms, each with one queen size bed and they share one full bath with walk-in shower. The kitchen is stocked with all the things you’d need to create a meal. There's an outdoor table with umbrella and seating for 4 privately tucked along the side of the house. Beautiful flowers bloom in the front yard along the stone wall. Along the driveway, we have a 240V 50amp outlet for EV charging or camper plug-in. You will need to supply your own cable/charger that plugs into a 240V 50amp outlet. Guest access Guests have access to the entire first floor. In addition, guests have use of the washer and dryer, however the laundry area is down a flight of stairs in the unfinished basement. The second floor is closed off for owner storage. Guests have use of a small yard, outdoor seating area and a paved parking area that fits 2 small to mid-size vehicles. Other things to note The cottage is located at the edge of a residential area just off of a main intersection and hospital. While the cottage is generally quiet, you may experience occasional traffic noise associated with the location. The surrounding area offers many conveniences such as a supermarket, drug store, donut shop and fuel. You will not need to go far if you need anything!
