A small locked utility closet is reserved for supplies, and the garage is not part of the rental, but you’re welcome to park on the pad in front of it. The driveway provides plenty of space for vehicles or boat trailers—just avoid blocking the shop doors. Other things to note ⦿ Families with children are welcome, but please note the yard fence and deck railing are not child-proof, and there is a large cactus near the parking area. New this year, we've updated to a 100 Mbps plan! ⦿ The home is located at the center of a small working cattle farm, and outdoor farm smells may occasionally drift by. They are generally light and not detectable indoors. ⦿ We provide a supply of essentials such as toilet paper, dish detergent, and coffee based on the duration of your stay.
